It has come to our attention that there is a scammer out there that is selling access to this program without our permission. Because of this unscrupulous individual we are having to perform a security check of all persons using this submitter.
The proper way to have paid for this program was for you to have either paid a reseller $15 via PayPal and us $5 using a credit card or by paying us the full $20 using a credit card.
The form below will allow you to write to us and when you do you will need to locate the receipt showing that MacroNet International, LLC. was paid either $5 or $20 for you accessing this program and you will need to paste a full copy of that receipt in the large text area below. Anything other than a full receipt will be discarded and your membership will not be approved or if you don't have a receipt showing that you paid us then you will not be granted access to the new secure members area either.

2- Once you log in you will see 6 blue tabs named My Account, Send Money, Request Money, etc. Look under the one that says Request Money and there will be a clickable link for History. Put your mouse over the word History and then click on Advanced Search.
3- Once the next window opens type the email address of the person who scammed you in the Search Box. Click the Submit Button below and a little to the right.
4- The next screen will open with all the purchases you made from this person. What you bought from him/her was an unauthorized, pirated copy of one of our email submitters and/or a bundle of our submitters he/she sold you at a severe discount.
5- You will see a blue link called Details for each of the purchases. Click on the word Details for the first purchase and the individual transaction detail will open up.

7- Need help? If you have problems with a transaction or would like assistance settling a dispute with your seller, visit the Resolution Center. PayPal strongly recommends attempting to resolve this issue directly with the merchant or seller whenever possible.
8- Click on the Resolution Center. Now, select Item Dispute from the two choices available to you and then click Continue. On the next screen select I haven't received my item and hit continue. If you select the other option you will have NO CHANCE of getting a refund.
9- On the next screen you will have a chance to describe in more detail and provide additional information. On this screen there is a dropdown box for the type of purchase. From the dropdown choose the first option Computer Hardware/Software.
10- In the box below you can compose a message to the seller. What you put in this box is critical so please put the following message exactly:
I purchased bulk mail software from this individual which claimed to send to millions of email addresses. I did not receive the software because when I tried to register the product the company that actually owns the software (MacroNet International, LLC.) notified me that I had purchased a pirated copy and that this seller is not authorized to sell their software. I would like an immediate refund.
Hit the continue button and follow through with sending this complaint. PayPal will follow up on the complaint and will likely refund your entire purchase price.
